Can someone please help me I can't play Apex because of code snake and code wheel don't know why this is happening I've never cheated on this game I googled it still can't figure it out the game's been doing this for 3 days it'll let me in and then kick me off just freezes up deleted it off my PlayStation 4 pro 4 times and reloaded it's still having issues can anyone help or am I permanently banned for no reason please I would appreciate it thank you. I'm level 500

A code: snake error doesn't always mean your account has been banned or suspended. I see it come up sometimes just for connection issues. 

We can try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help you get back up and running. Were you able to try running through the steps I linked in my post above to see if that makes a difference for you? 

 i need help, im a stay at home mom, i love playing apex, only game that i love that i put most of my time and money in and can not play due to code snake.. when i look to see what the means, it say im temp ban!! now.. i dont know why i got this, but please fix it cause i love the game, its the only time i have a few hour to myself...i aslo cerebral palsy, so one side of my body dont work right, so i play on controller cause thats the only way i can play but i got code snake and i didnt do anything wrong to get it ever since i did a update the other day its been doing that i also play on both steam and origin i have one account on origin with its different from my steam and got it on both code snake...i play on steam the most its my main account cause of rank...but the other account on origin is for friends. i can not play ranked because of that code... please ea fix this problem for me i dont want to lose all my stuff i earned and bought...

Yea, I’ve been getting the same thing with the long log in or loading from Home Screen. Code snake said I had to many server requests but how can that be helped if we don’t get in the first few tries. Sometimes I close the app just to try again and will get about usually 3 retries before getting into lobby and this is the second time I got kicked in 2 days. But the second time I got code snake. I use PS5 so I don’t got no cheats. Was playing ranked when I got kicked and tried to log back in to hopefully get back into the match but then the long log in and multiple retries I kept getting was how I got the code snake

Like above, Ive been seeing Code:Snake but its definitely about connection issues. I also get Code:Net before hand(then snake) sometimes stopping me from even playing sometimes so it even is now becoming hard to trouble shoot. Ive had the Code:Net problems for 3/4 days now & its starting to get frustrating. Ive looked all over and says Code net is your end. I played Apex with the new season on this laptop but noticing 4ish days ago on this laptop, I can barley play if I'm in and not even always can get into a game......

Sooo.... Anything i can do?

I have this problem too, its frustating to have penalty for leaving, when its not my fault. Ive got code:net, and after that code:snake.

my net is working, and just with Apex is the problem. Is there any fix that working for this problem?
