I'm also curious if setting a static IP address on your system might help as well. The Port Forward website has some instructions how you can set that up. If you're able to give it a try please let me know if you're still getting the same error messages. Thanks again. 

@EA_Kent OK,I will try it later.BTW,someone who has the same problem like me told me that he can play APEX when downloading a game.I don't know this method wether can work.I will try it both later.Thanks for your help

I tried to use the WIFI connection instead of the LAN connection.I can play the APEX now.I don't know but I will try to find out why.Thanks for you help.If I have some problems after that,can I give you a message?
