I did still waiting for a response and i went into the discord and asked a couple questions and it seems like i was banned due to Rat spot glitching in ranked which i didnt know was bannable is this also true? Rat spot glitching is bannable?

Any idea how long does the temp ban last? Cuz like the error code : snake caused the ban or something. 

Its not going to do anything they just told me I did something wrong when I played the game legit I already read the guidelines literally did nothing to get banned .

are you guys or respawn going to address that this is happening to a ton of people or are you going to just keep telling them to appeal the bans that don't even show up on the EA accout? Is there a way to contact respawn or something?

It's crazy to me how you guys point your fingers at the players or the topic starter instead of admitting that there is an issue and (i hope) you guys are working on it.

So at any point is the game going to be fixed now my game won’t even open I guess it’s time to preach to uninstall the game on my stream sucks because I loved this game before the last month 

All I had to to was log back in and it was gone.

I recently decided to play Apex Legend and reinstalled it.

But when I got to the lobby and tried to join a game, it said the same thing code snake. 

I tried to join again into another game, it say my account was banned for cheating.

I Never cheated before. 

I sent EA support ticket two times, but the two times. EA said it was the correct punishment, my account was "cheating". 

You can even check my Apex Legend stats, it is Not good. Because I am new to it. 

I checked news, a lot of people are getting Ban from this code snake.

When will it get fixed?

I emailed EA support twice now regarding the code: snake ban. Is there anything else I can do to speed up this process? When can I expect a response? Please fix this bug.

Dear Support staff, please take my application seriously. I assure you that there are no cheats, I have not used any fraud, undocumented functions, exploits that disrupt the operation of services. Did not use any software disabling other players. This is all not true, I invested about 4 thousand dollars in the account, it would be very stupid to use something on such an account, it is very dear and important to me. Then I went in, waited for 10 minutes and tried to go play again, but I was thrown out again with the snake code. Many players had the same thing, look at YouTube with the title snake code. Look at your forums, which are full of people with the same problems. Before the lockdown, the game did not start for 2-3 weeks, allegedly because of the RGB illumination of the MSI Dragon center. Maybe it has something to do with it. I'm asking you to figure it out, return my account, I spent a huge amount of time and money in it and I don't want to get blocked for rules that I didn't break. How do I keep playing a game that is so expensive? after that, when there is nothing to ban accounts with huge donations. I lost a huge amount of money for nothing.

can someone please look into my case. got banned for no reason lvl 200 have 565 hours on this game has not done anything wrong. please help.
