It happened.
After my third mail (and an instand automated answer with "We will not look again to your case, yo already had two loopups" where I explained in details what I thought it could have been with my account,, I recieved a new mail.
"We overlooked again and well you're free - lol"
So I guess, I won't,play the game via Steam in the neyt future...

Are you able to check and see if you've received a similar email or are able to access the game again now as well?

"We recently notified you about a sanction placed on your EA account. After further review, this sanction has been removed."
Do you have information on what happened? Did you have our accounts specifically looked into or is this a mass unban happening atm? I'm thankful it looks to be resolved however I haven't had a chance to play the game yet so I will let you know when I do. Little scared to play incase I get false banned again.
Woke up to an email saying I was unbanned as well. Id also love some more information if it's avaliable. Should I expect it to happen again or am I safe to play?

Excellent, glad to hear it.
I don't currently have any other information beyond what was provided in your emails, but we've definitely been following this and passing along the feedback and what info we can. If we get any other updates we're able to share I'd be happy to do so, but I'm unsure how likely that will be.
This would have also been noted on your account so as not to impact any actions or status going forward, so you should be able to jump back in-game just fine.
I totally get the concern especially after having prior appeals fail, but thanks for sticking in there everyone.
- @EA_Mako Really appreciate your help and feedback on this even if your team on Answer HQ is not dedicated on bans and suspensions. I’m sure you did your best to provide feedback and what was going on to the people in charge of fixing this type of bugs. So on my behalf, again, thank you!
@EA_Mako Very appreciative of your work. You're the only really professional interaction I've had with any EA support so thank you for putting in the effort. I hope to hear more info sometime or an official statement but I understand that may be unlikely. Hopefully other people who haven't made their way to these forums but are dealing with the same issues are also getting unbanned.
@EA_Mako Can you please help me? I was banned today after trying to go into a duo game! What is the cause for code snake??? I did not do anything wrong I don't understand why I am banned I follow all the rules, please help! My ban appeal isn't being seen. ☹️
I got banned too for no reason after finally hitting plat. Dont really know what to say other than i am really unhopeful of them actually unbanning me after reading some of these comments. Really frustrating

If you submitted an appeal with these steps, the Terms of Service team will get back to you. That's not instantaneous and may take a little time, but I would just keep an eye on your email and you'll hear back shortly.
- @EA_Mako I have done this when I got the email. The thing is I have never played the game or installed it. They got back to me with this message: Hello,

It really sucks as I have never played the game. which they must have never read what I had written - @rosemarykw probably not, im sure if they see the game plays like mine and a lot of us they know right a way nobody is cheating, this happened to me with an Epic account

I also got hit by code snake last month. And finally got unbanned yesterday (45 days later). My problem now is that I bought last seasons battle pass to play it up to 110 (like I do every season since I play this game) but due to the wrongful ban I maxed out at level 70. I wrote 2 support tickets asking them to change my battlepass level from season 10 to 110 as compensation, but all I got was a generic reply that they acknowlegded my wrongful ban and make sure that it wont happen again in the future. I hope you can help me

@EA_Mako after reading the forums I realized that many people experience the same thing as me and have their accounts unbanned with your help. I have written to EA and got an appeal stating that maybe it was the recent anti-cheat that might have messed up with my RGB applications and got me crashing multiple times the day before I got banned but they still insisted that I was cheating and replied to me with the typical robot reply. I have 600 hours into the game and level 350+ with money spent on heirloom this game. I hope this will get fixed one day and get me and many people here account unbanned.
