ya please do so because i just got my hierloom and ive spent ALOT of money and time on my ps4 account and i just got a new PC and i want to play and have all my stuff on here. Shouldnt be punished by switching platforms.

has there been any improvement to the possibility that the players will be able to link the accounts from one console to another? Like hundreds of others, I have quite a bit of money put into the game (Apex Legends) on the PS4 that I can’t access from the PC in which I only use now because of personal circumstances.

Pls get crossplatform!!! Its so annoying that there ain't any crossplatform. And why do we need Apex on mobile?! Come on.. The only thing people is asking about is CROSSPLATFOOOORRRM

Yes please do I’m from ps4 trying to transfer to pc and I have spent thousands on apex and have 3 heirlooms and that is extremely stupid we can’t transfer

Hey @MenuMarino cross progress is not something which is coming to Apex Legends. As such you will not be able to transfer your account from one platform to another.

@EA_Darko   Completely typical of EA to not include something like cross-save/progress into a game when they knew people would be interested in it. seeing as how all of Apex's major competition are already cross platform and people didnt have to choose between platforms to play with friends.

So now, i get to choose. do i play on console(which i consider to be far inferior to PC) because otherwise i'll loose anything i've earned, will earn or have paid for by switching? Or do i start from scratch on my preferred platform because now(or soon) not only can i play on PC with my friends, who don't have gaming PCs, but also because the game will look, run and feel better for me? 

I honestly didn't think i could lose any more respect for the company responsible for the "battlefront 2 controversy" but hey, look at yall! setting new bars...

You know all of your players want this. it hurts no one, and helps keep PAYING customers happy. However, your company stand point on it is something along the line of 'we don't care that you have an Origin/EA account and are likely going to have to link the 2 anyways, since both will have the same email. to bad, pay again'

I got the wraith heirloom on ps4 but then i switched to pc and used the same account but on pc my states were reset and i didnt have the kunai on pc

since crossplay has been announced will that let us link accounts? Could you give us any info on when crossplay will be available?

So now that Cross Platform has been confirmed for Fall, can we get cream on top an make our PS4 unlocked content available on PC or vice-versa?

Hey all, content and progress is not transferable across platforms, as such you will not be able to use the same content or progress on different platforms.

I’d just like to reiterate the shared disappointment that transfer of cosmetics isn’t possible.

I’m not really concerned with my level/rank, but losing access to all the skins I got through hard play and being around for certain events is a real shame. Sure I can re-earn some, but many are gone forever as they were event-specific.

Given that cosmetics are the main way this game is monetised therefore clearly very valuable to the developer, it’s a shame their value to the player isn’t considered similarly important.

This is kinda disappointing, but kind of good at the same time. if you are wondering let's say you don't spend money on the game and is now playing on Pc, now you can unlock new legends you don't have or you wanted to get something different and not waste any Apex coin or apex legends unlock coin to get the same legend

I would love for this to happen also. i have every hierloom except mirage and bloodhound and pratically have unlocked everything in the game. As you could imagine it cost alot over time and took 4ever to get. I think you should atleast b able to take account over to pc. Especially when your a huge fan of the game -Psn Gamertag: PelonGold

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
