Performance Issues

Apex Legends used to run at around 300 FPS on my PC. Over time it dropped to 200–220 FPS and now runs around 90–160 FPS. Other games perform normally. My specs are RTX 4060 Ti, i5-12400F, 48GB RAM. Temperatures stay below 60°C. I have already updated drivers, verified game files, and checked settings.
