@EA_Darko it is very disappointing (but not unexpected) to see you have chosen to ignore my follow up feedback plus @CallMeDeckstar's additional thoughts, after your initial prompt response to my first comment. I think this only serves to cement both yours and EA's disinterest in their player base. Thank you for proving my point but shame on you for your lack of engagement.

Hey @FlipFlapGetClap, when posting on AHQ to share feedback we ask that it be polite, constructive, and on point. Saying "this is a joke" is not polite or constructive and helps no one.
In relation to you last post, CMs are only human and it happens that we do in fact have time off. I was not in the last couple of days due to it being my weekend and as such, I was not posting or on AHQ during this time.
Cross-progression in APEX Legends has been discussed on a number of occasions, Respawn has repeatedly stated that they have plans for it but beyond that, there is no further info we can share in relation to this.

Chad Grenier (Respawn): It is planned, but I think we’re a ways out from being able to offer that. I really want it as a gamer myself, so I hear what our fans are saying and I totally agree with them. We’re doing work to try to make that happen, it’s a complex challenge of multiple accounts existing for various users that we have to resolve or merge, there are legal and contractual things to navigate with purchasing on other platforms and having those carryover and also some technical challenges. So it’s not something we can just turn on, but we are working towards having it and the team is passionate about delivering it at some point.

It is a joke and it is the kind of feedback your company should expect until this issue is resolved. You cannot offer a model in which progression and cosmetics are at the forefront and then deny those aspects following a platform switch. I'm sorry but there would have been a point where a decision would have had to have been made to continue with cross-platform knowing that progression would not be transferrable and your company took that decision and now has to face the fallout.
I understand there must be difficulties but if you serve me a half cooked chicken it's still raw, no?
Your copy paste of Chad Grenier's comment which essentially translates to "maybe it will happen at some point" adds nothing but false hope.
EA, Please be polite. Also EA, come see our 2 Golden Poo awards for being the worst company and our Guinness World record for the most downvoted Reddit comment ever.

@EA_Darko Common buddy, this is a joke its been over 18 months, I'm a software engineer and wrote a mirgation script for an entire database in 5 days on my own, embedded it into the CI/CD pipeline and deployed it, this stuff isn't rocket science...
If EA isn't going to address this unless they make some money for it why don't you just add a feature to do account transfers for £10 or something so people can migrate their accounts from platform to platform if they wish to
win for you guys and solves our problem...
But just as a headsup, expect another golden poop.
For reals, EA just being greedy at this point. I would play apex so much more if I can use my account that I spent most of my time on psn. Now I use PC so it sucks not having all my skins. Way to isolate your fan base EA.

How did the team respond when you told them about this problem?
I too recently switched to PC.
On PS4 I'm level 242, have all the Legends, some nice skins I really like and even like 1100 Apex Coins saved up through the battlepasses.
It's really sucks that all the time and effort I put in this game is now gone.
It will take ages to even unlock all the Legends.

It's hilarious that yall are wondering why your game is falling into the ground faster than Fall Guys did. I played on PS4 for a long time, I spent a couple hundred bucks on that account. Then during a thunderstorm I forgot to turn the playstation off and the power went out while it was still turned off, this ended up shooting the motherboard, getting rid of all memory on the playstation. Then later down the line I got a pc and tried to swap my ps4 data over to my pc. The funny thing is I was able to do every single game transfer except for Battleground and Apex. Now I'mk sure everyone knows who owns these games right? EA, and funny enough when I look it up on how to connect I found this chat page. EA this is a joke that you have not figured this simple issue out yet or at the very least put any thought into it. We have seen you say that you have sent feedback, but even after 138 post theres no announcement on cross-progression which exists in every other modernized game except yours. And don't even try to just blow off this message with a "please speak politely in AHQ" or a "I have sent you feedback to our team" No I want a non automated response from the non employee side of you and the side of you that is a real person. I did not mean that in a mean way, I just mean to say that when you work for a big company like EA you tend to forget about actually responding to customer support and more like a robot. Please send this for real to the team and give them the signal to simply add cross-progression and to stop being money hogs.
