Re: Cross platform Friend finding issue

Hey @GamingMaddnes112  To confirm you are trying to add your friend as shown here if so I would recommend both of you to turn off cross-play, restart the game, and re-enable to see if you can search for your friend then.

@EA_IlliumSame here. Have followed those instructions but same result. Xbox player can find PC player, invite is said to have sent, but no invite arrives. PC player can't even find Xbox player so can't invite the other way.

@Bopseal To check a few things, are you playing off the same internet? Do either of you appear offline on the Xbox or in Origin/Steam?

Having exact same issue. My sons play on Xbox Ones. Both can join each other. I wanted to join, so I downloaded from Steam today. When I search their names, I can not find any name, so I cannot invite them. When they search for me, They get my Xbox gamertag, and two PC names, both with PC symbols. They have invited all 3 multiple times. They can invite me but I never get anything to accept.

I tried the help link, and in my settings screen, there isn't a cross platform selection. The only selection for crossplatform I see is on my main Friends screen, left side. When clicking, it goes from "Crossplay Invites: Display" to "Crossplay Invites: Deny All". I've toggled it off and on, restarted the game, and restarted the PC, with no luck.

EDIT: Also, we all play in the same house on the same connection. We all are showing online on our platforms.
