Hey @Keitaholic,

You won't be able to transfer any progress from one EA account to another, so if you unlink that Steam account it will cause the progress there to be lost.

To take advantage of Cross Progression you'll still able to link a new Steam account to the EA account with your Xbox attached, or if you'd prefer to unlink and move your current Steam account, that's possible but no progress would be moved with it.
