Re: EA ACC Help

Hello @osiender,

unfortunately, there's no way of combining these two accounts without losing progress and items from one of those accounts. As one of your accounts has also already gone through the cross progression merge, combining them now would not actually merge them.

I would recommend against making a new account and linking/merging into that one, as that would cause you to lose all your progress on both accounts.

Here's an article, where the dangers of unlinking platform accounts is explained:

    Ok so, If im ok with losing one of the accs items all together.  If i make a new EA acc and link the one i want to use and sign in that way into apex it will merge that acc items into it? I much rather have my console acc items and such instead of pc so would I go about it the way I mentioned earlier or is there another way? Thank you for the reply!

    @oSl3nder,

    no, if you make a new EA account, you will lose your progress from the platform account that you will have to unlink from your previous account to reconnect to the new one.

    Simply log into the EA app with the EA account that you use for the console, and you should be able to play with the progress and items from the connected platform account.

    Progress is linked to the EA account, so as long as you log in with the EA account that the progress is currently already on, you will be able to play with that account, once you have gotten the message that you now have cross progression.
