Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with the account since getting it back.
Unfortunately, we cannot review or make any changes to your account here on the forums. If something is still wrong after the account was returned, you'll need to reach back out to speak with support again as they'd be the only ones able to make further changes.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. Unfortunately, I tried talking with support MANY times (5 or 6) and the answers I would get were all very machine like. They also claimed to send me a verification code to my ea account creation email, which i have NEVER received. Then they proceeded to ask me for information such as cellphone number, ipv4 adress, date of birth etc... when said information was given the support would always tell me I gave the incorrect information (which is impossible since I'm the one who created the account). The person who entered my account did change the email and some other stuff, but the support should easily be able to tistinguish between the real and fake information.
So support refuses to help me further and I'm really lost on what to do. I just lost my apex legends account in which I invested 3k+ hours and money
