Re: EA help is a useless SCAM

@ahhhlee Ea has one of the worst set ups. Trying to log into the account I had to look up how to do things on google because the ea support is useless and told me there is nothing they can do because my account won’t link

Hey all,

EA Help is our support system where players can get help for various account and in game issues. The team strives help players get back into the game and resolve issues players are facing. In some cases, whether it be through due to player error, or lack of information provided, support may not be able to resolve your issue. To ensure the team is able to resolve your issue, its important to provide them all the information they request.

Particularly when it comes to compromised accounts, this is extremely important as they have to be able to verify you are the owner of the account before they help you.
