Steam and apex Money problem

So I bought 130 dollars' worth of apex coin and it didn't work but I still have the money on my steam wallet but each time I try to buy coins and I hit authorize it will exit out of the transaction acting like it will go through but apex doesn't give me my coins but I still have my money it just like apex won't take it and it's not like an error or anything when I try to buy it, it runs like normal I go back into apex after the transaction but nothing no coins and I still have my money if anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know.
