Re: Every 2nd game has abnormally high latency

@EA_AticSouth Korea, trying to play in Japan/Tokyo, PC.
It is a known problem among our community.

Our local Apex community digged into problem on their own - basically, without VPN, Apex would randomly put us on very remote instances like Europe, which is 10,000km away from us and thats why we get ping 200ms instead of 10ms or whatever we are used to -> 200ms is the normal latency between Europe and South Korea.

Using Japanese VPN, game never puts you outside of Japan, meaning stably low latency all the time (Japan mainland is only 400~600km away from South Korea) compared to Europe (more than 10,000km away from South Korea)

PS I use google DNS. Cloud also didnt help.

PPS Not sure if it will help, a bit similar problem occurred in Overwatch (Occasionally game would put us way outside of our home region), and they say it essentially caused by the Crossplay between PC and Consoles which erased region locks, and is unfixable. Hope its not the case with Apex
