Add “+ fps_max [number u want to limit to]” without brackets or quotes to the launch options.

Is it possible to cap the menu fps as well? Would +fps_max_menu 60 work? (is there a space between + and fps?)
- It should - just look up console commands for csgo or any source game... they’ll prob work if you add to launch options
Yeah I was trying some other launch options earlier, but I havent tried the +fps_max 144 yet since I'm at work now. I saw that it worked for someone else on the forums here for capping his FPS to 60, so if anyone wants to try that and report back, that would be awesome.

i tried +fps_max 200 and it still lock at 144
is there a way to lock at a value above 144 but not unlimited
