Re: Game Crashes on Loading Startup screen

For everyone who is facing the issue after the mid season update on apex. Please try to update your AMD adrenaline software and if you dont have it installed just install that im using a Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 with an amd ryzen 5 5600H and RTX 3050 I tried all the steps that everyone suggested and nothing seemed to work as a final method i tried to install AMD adrenaline software and that seemed to fix the problem. In my laptop the dedicated GPU is routed through the integrated GPU and i suspect that the integrated GPU was the one that was causing the problem in the first place. Idk about how it works for intel CPUs but if you laptop has a MUX switch try to disable the integrated GPU and maybe that fixes it. Good Luck
