Hey Alex,
Currently there is no cross-progression between Switch, Xbox/Playstation and PC platforms.
This means that cosmetics and progress on one platform will not be transferred to the other platform.
I know this sucks, but there isn't really anything that can be done at the moment.
We don't know really when this will become a possibility either, so it seems like we'll have to wait for quite some time.
