I have this problem too. Except clearing cache from the help menu didn't help. I even uninstalled the game entirely, rebooted and reinstalled, still get the same message.

I have the same problem and my friend also ,, i uninstall and clear cache and still not working .......

i cleared cache and its not working
STILL cannot launch game uninstall reinstall, ran as admin, cleared cache, etc etc.... nothing works.
