Personally I feel like levels don't really matter a lot in this game, there are plenty of high level players that aren't really that great.
Though I must admit that the matchmaker can be atrocious sometimes.

These types of posts usually don't really hit off in the Technical Issues side of the forums, where typically Technical Support is given.
I think it would give some more visibility to your post and maybe give it some more traction.
