Re: How do I fix an invalid EA account?

Hi Kent,

Like others, my buddy has run into the same issue where the email associated with the EA account is 10+ years old and no longer valid. Therefore, he cannot retrieve or reset his password.

He's filled out the recovery form and done the following:

-Listed all EA games purchased

-Provided in game stats

-Listed achievements and unlock dates

-Provided the IP address for the Xbox

He was still denied, and basically told he wouldn't be able to play an EA game online again. I find that difficult to believe, would you be able to help?

Mine has been doing this for about 2 months and I can’t even log into my apex account so I don’t know how I’m supposed to show any stats or anything and when I try and link my account it would say account invalid the same exact thing that happens on apex gave them my birthday they said it was different from the one on my console I don’t understand how it was even close to my birthday or what I put in my survey I have submitted 3 and they all say their is no information to my email or anything so I gues my account is just * as well
