Its like they took the whole hateful speech to the next level and its only meant to happen since there no clear definition of what hatefull speech is or not

Hey @Autisticpanda3,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you've been running into with your account name.
We are not able to discuss or change any details about your account or the action taken here on the forums as these are public boards.
That said, one other thing to consider is that when a name is reported, we also have to take into consideration how it's commonly used or viewed by other members of the community, even if that may not be the intention.
Whether that's the case in this situation I wouldn't be able to say, however it's worth noting.
As far as the action itself, this can only be reviewed by our Terms of Service team and we would not be able to address it further or change it via the forums.
Please feel free to create an additional appeal so another member of the ToS team can review this, as we're unable to do so here, thanks.
I’ve appealed 3 times now and each time I haven’t actually talked to a real person I’ve just gotten automated messages I’m return. I understand that is situational for the names but I fail to see the harm of the word Autistic when it is just the name of a disability.

These messages could seem automated though do note that they'll have to deal with a lot of reports, so these responses might be made in such a way to be more efficient.
If they decide to uphold the account action despite multiple investigations, it's probably a permanent decision.
I started to wonder, if EA is thinking, if they see names of various disabilities, that people might be making fun of these disabilities, and therefore their thinking in their actions.
BUT someone calling themself an AutisticPanada doesn't necessarily imply anything good or bad, it's simply making a statement that a Panda has Autism.
EA's lawyers better becareful with this one, epscially if Autistic Activist Groups want to go after something like this, or the ACLU or ADA, etc...
But regardless, something like this can make EA look biased, and this is not something you want as a business.
I started to think that EA's thinking, might be, if someone was making fun of people with disabilities their reasoning for not wanting names with disabilites in them.
But having a name as simply AutisticPanda, doesn't imply anything negative.
I think a situation like this could make EA look biased and something as a company they should be careful of, epsecially if some serious activist groups, ACLU, ADA, etc., starting getting wind of something like this, and then turn it into a big storm.
Something like this could really blow up in a company's face.
I can understand your frustration however normally one receives a message that they should change their handle before a sanction occurs.
Changing the handle and then submitting a case would have been the best way to go however it looks like you decided not to.
You mention you received two bans for this handle, from what I can tell you did not choose to change the handle after the first sanction and then received a second one.
Also of note if the handle is/was inappropriate in game it is probably also inappropriate here on the forum.
I wish you the best of luck however.
