@kurowsz Sometimes items like coins can take some time to show on your account, After 24hrs has passed if you have already restarted apex and you still do not see your coins, please reach out to an EA Advisor for them to further look into your account.

    Hi @EA_Illium, thank you for answering my question! I've never purchased anything before, so I was not aware of the 24hr wait time. 🙂

    I download apex from steam, i linked it to origin account, and now i buy code from e-commerce, i redeem the code, and the coins didn't appear, i'm afraid if the coins didn't appear for too long
