Re: I didn’t receive the tiers up to my level when I bought the battle pass.

If you don't unlock the Battle Pass to your current level it really sucks.

I'm currently Lvl 50 and bought the Battle Pass 20th Mars, and if I read the info and understood it correctly, my battle pass would equal my current player level.

Now, I unlocked level 1 and need to get 29500 points to level up to level 2!!!?????

I did contact the support via chat just an hour ago and asked how to solve it.

This is from the chat:

So... Level 20 player unlocks battle pass up to level 20 and I, lvl 50 should have the Battlepass unlocked up to lvl 50... Correct???

So this, at least to me, means I should get the Battle pass up to level 50, as that is my current level.

If this is not the case, the info from EA is cryptic and then I would like a refund for my purchase.
