Re: I never received the coins I redeemed from a gift card

If you had purchased some in-game currency that still hasn't appeared for you, our support team may need to assist with this.

If you typically play on Steam, launching the game through Origin instead may get these to appear.

Please reach out to support directly if that's not the case so they can verify some information and check into this further, thanks.

for some reason there is no proof that is spent it other than it says that the code has already been used which it did not say the first time

Were you able to try launching the game through Origin to see if the coins appear there?
