another victim of hacker, i'm not surprise anymore.. you can find on another topic who a hundred people got the same issue but not resolved for almost  more than 1 month, an EA manager will tell you to create a case to EA support that's all. Hope you recover your account...mine i wait for 1 month ..other 3 months.. i lost hope, i spent a lot of time and money
