Hey  @haterblockermlg 

This could mean that your EA account may have been disabled for inactivity.  

Try to use the last email address registered on that account to reset your password.  

Test all your emails and see if you can log in. LINK

  

If your account still appears disabled afterwards, please reach out to our Support team for further assistance.

    My psn network account is attached to an ea account email I don't even know. How do I unlink that one so I can link MY ea account to MY psn account?

    Doing this to me too. Clearly an issue with EA as they have no help on how to resolve or fix the issue. I can no longer play any EA games as the email it’s wanting me to log in under isn’t mine.

    Hello guys, LmCCAULEY, how was it have u found the solution? i am also having this kind of trouble and i cannot fix it. i have no access to whatever account or email that it was saying that my account is linked to a email account that i am not using. please share if you are already fix this kind of trouble.     Is there a number I can call? because the chat was not helpful. I can’t play any EA games until I unlink this unwanted account that isn’t even mine
