My cousin is on ps5 and a new player but stuck on orientation mode

my cousin never has played apex before so i got him to download it to play together this weekend and when he loads the game it makes him do the orientation matches only issue is his game gets stuck on that screen and nothing seems to load hes just stuck searching for a game in orientation mode. he tried restarting the console , uninstalled and reinstalled and still no fix after spending  2 hours trying to get loaded into the orientation mode. any help will be appreciated but worse case scenario we just will play a different game one that actually loads lolool
