Re: It's saying I must have an account to play but I do and it won't let me log in

If you're still running into this error after you've tried updating your password please get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to look into an account-related issue here on Answers HQ. 

If you need more information on how to reach the team check out the EA Help website. They also work on Facebook and Twitter as well if you'd rather speak with them on one of those platforms.

    when I log into apex it says I have been banned for 5 days and I didn’t do anything wrong. Is there a way y’all can fix it for me?
