Platform accounts are required to be connected to an EA account, otherwise you won't be able to play on it.

So in your case your Steam is linked to an EA account if you've played on it before.

If you unlink your Steam account from it's EA account and connect it to the EA account your PSN account is connected to, then you'll only lose your progress from Steam.

So you'll lose progress of the platform account you unlink from it's EA account.
