If you've recently unlinked another account from your EA Account, the only way to recover that progress would be to re-link the original accounts.

Since it seems you've recently used that however, you'll be unable to unlink that same account again as you've noticed. 

If you're running into any trouble re-linking an account, please contact support directly so they can take a closer look at any other available options for the account. We are unable to make any changes to an account directly on the forums, so reaching out there will be the best bet to check for any alternatives in this case.

    i originally had EA account 'A' linked to Steam account 'A' and I unlinked EA account A and Steam Account A and then linked Steam account A with another EA account, 'B'. My apex progress is now lost, will I be able to retrieve it again? Or will I have to wait until mid2024 to unlink my steam account from the second EA account and relink it with the first one for my progress to come back?

    Currently having the same problem right now is possible not to wait that long for it to be rebind it again to the original EA acc to retrieve the lost progress?
