LOW GPU USAGE
I have been having this problem on and off for some time now and can't seem to find the fix. In game I will get around 150 fps but my 99% fps is around 20, GPU usage is around 30 percent so is the CP...

@GH0ST0326 That is really weird. can you try monitoring your hardware status like CPU frequency while playing?

- @GH0ST0326 That’s normal speed. Can you try launching the game in a clean boot environment and see if that makes a difference? Also you could try running the game in borderless window mode, and try cleaning your apex shader cache.you can try downgrading your gpu driver to make sure it’s not nvidia breaking anything, with DDU and an older version of your driver. ( apex shouldn’t need a newer driver actually )
I will try Borderless rn. How do I do a clean boot and it wont let me rollback my Nividia driver anyway around that ?
Don't know if this will help, but have you checked the nvidia 3d setting below is not set to auto?
Configure Surround, Physx
If it is, try setting it to your "nvidia gforce gtx/rtx" instead.
Works really well putting the video load onto the gpu, taking it away from the cpu. Esp good if you have 2 monitors going.
