I have similar issue. After Genesis update game is loading a lot of data, and after game start it is loading all for 5-10 minutes before disk usage goes down. I have a game on spinning rust, task manager shows that is all this loading time using ~60MB/s. During this loading period connecting to game will result in poor performance, not showing the map correctly or even not showing parts of the UI. Before Genesis season it was instant, I was able then to start a game and jump right in without an issue. Now i need to find something to do for that 5-10 minutes before game is playable.

Once it is loaded up, i can play normally and map change does not cause trouble.

for me i had the same issue. but now is solved. 

• i tried clearig storage before i had 82 gb free space . i tried to clear above 150+ gb.
• i deleted the save config folder which is in (C > Users > (your user profile) > Saved Games > Respawn > Apex. Delete the apex folder.it   doesn't affect your progress just your setting.so take note of your setting before you delete.
• Go to geforce experience and check for any driver update,if there is none reinstall the driver .Perform a clean install.
• Go to nvidea control panel and in 3d settings > Adjust image settings with preview choose Let the 3d application decide.

                                                       i did these and my problem got solved.Hope it works for you.

@BullyHitmanthank you. I did a clean install of drivers 441 -> 472 (GF 850M) and now it is not stuttering on the start. And still I can't believe that this worked

Hello, @szczor and @BullyHitman. May I ask what do you call a "clean install"? Because I have uninstalled my graphic card drivers and redowloaded them from Nvidia website to re-install them but it did not solve the issue.

anybody was trying to delte only apex config? Maybe it makes some problems...

i cant try that, ill be on pc in 3 days
