Just in case you only launched the game on Steam, please also use the EA app to open Apex on your account and check the coin balance again in the game.

If that doesn't work, please gather proof of purchase, exactly as explained in this article on our website and get in touch with our support team for further assistance

I ve done all the things it mentioned, it still not working and the chat with us bottom is missing. I have the bottom with another account. I was wondering if there was anyone here who could help me with it, cause the ea support efficiency is really low and it was been for two weeks. Here is my full-screen purchase screenshot:
