Re: Mouse Cursor On Screen

Right click Apex Legends in your library and go to game properties after that disable "origin in game". According to someone in the Discord the overlays don't mesh well together

CM Edit: With more folks migrating to EA app, @Cr_Newbist has provided a very relevant update for those experiencing the conflict with Discord or other overlays.

"Just a quick update, the new EA app does not have the origin in-game settings. Just go to setting-- Application and disable the in-game overlay in the bottom and it should be good now."

  • This worked for me as well but I all my origin friends show as offline in game and I have to play with Randos. This is super stupid

You can actually still invite them to play even appearing offline (I do this often)

  • Still have this problem, have disabled discord and closed it entirely, have turned off nvidia overlay, have turned off origin in game, there are no overlays on at the moment.

My mouse cursor moves freely between monitors and there is a white dot in the middle of the screen. When i move the mouse left, right, up or down the screen spins around one way regardless of what direction my mouse cursor is going.

    Any ideas?

  • I did that and still nothing for me however in my case my game still operates normally it's just that as my crosshair moves so does my cursor and it's distracting and annoying

  • What if my mouse isn't even there? Whenever i start-up a game, my mouse isn't even there, even if i reload the whole thing.

  • Can't go to the library because EA uninstalls the origin launcher when I try to use it
