Hey @v7igtnz1scny,

It looks like the EA account you're posting from was just recently created, so if you've played at all in the past that seems to have been on a different account.

Your progress is saved on the EA account, so re-linking a Steam account from another EA account to this one would not transfer that progress.

The only way to restore that previous progress would be to re-link your Steam account to the original EA account. This would be why support was providing that message regarding the effects of unlinking an account.

We are unable to assist with any account changes on the forums, so if you're unable to proceed with the steps in the link above you'd need to contact support again so they can try to help get that re-linked to the correct account.

    Hi @v7igtnz1scny,

    That is not the case for the account you're posting with, I'm afraid.

    If you're not using a different email it's possible your original account had its email updated or changed, and that same email was used for the current account.

    You'll need to continue working with support in this case to try and locate and update the original account to recover that progress.

  • Because my account i have battlefied game as well, but when i login today it is all gone with my apex account.

    Yes, it's possible your original account had its email updated or changed, and that same email was used for the current account.

    You will need to speak with support about this as we cannot make any changes on the forums.
  • Hi, the issue has not yet solved. do you have a propper customer support channel that i go to?

    This happened to me too. I discovered that I was playing on a different email. When I unlinked the new one and linked back in with the other email I got all my content back. Contact support and ask them to check which email you origianlly used
