DICE TeamHey there, @siroregle removing links from the EA account will result in loss of progression.
Also keep in mind console is not cross-progression.
You can do changes here, need to log in with your EA Account.

@EA_Atic thanks for the response, so the levels and progression across platforms aren't cross compatible? I've seen people in Switch Only lobbies with Founder skins that were only sold during the game launch so I figured the progression was cross-platform.
I'm happy to lose my progress on Xbox, my Xbox Gamertag has been tied to this old EA account for way too long and I just want to get rid of it but the live chat can't help much as I no longer have access to the old accounts email. I managed to unlink the Xbox Gamertag however and my new EA account is linked to my Xbox Gamertag, but Apex on Xbox is still using the content and progression I made on the old account, not my new profile and progress which I thought would've been pulled from the Cloud after linking the new accounts.
