hmm wonder if this is what is happening to me i get frame stutter and input lag with mouse but if i use a controller i get 0 lag and perfect fps

So when I use JUST MKB or JUST Controller, the stuttering stops, frames are fine. ITs when being used in conjunction I'm getting the issue
I've tried everything as well. I can not disable the controller. You'd think windows would have an option so that you can ignore peripheral input in programs by disabling it in the properties but I can't figure anything out. I have a PS nav for the my left hand that I prefer to use and it has this awful stuttering when I try to play. But I use xpadder for other games. This should be a ADA requirement that all games allow disabling the controller support so customized settings can used. This is ridiculous!
