And real cheater can destroy loby easly.
It's more easy to ban false ppl than try to ban real cheater.

Under investigation. Accepting as solution for visibility purposes only.
Hey everyone,
Just to confirm, the team was aware of these concerns and is looking further into the situation currently.
If you're dealing with a banned account and have not already submitted an appeal, please start there by using the steps linked below:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
If you've already submitted multiple appeals and our TOS team has declined to remove the ban, we won't be able to reverse that decision here. However, if any new information comes to light as a result of this investigation, we'll update this thread as well to let folks know what other actions may be needed.
Thanks for the patience while we're taking a look in the meantime!
- @EA_Mako Really...
There are no real investigation.
ppl have more information regarding this issue than EA and support.
Don't loose your time with useless support who just answer all the time the same.
Do something! Valve react very quickly and AMD release new driver for CS2 today. Submitted my 3rd ban appeal with this post link in the said ban appeal and this AMD forum post.
I also included screen shots of my AMD driver profile, profile settings and driver version number.
Is there anything that can be done in case the 3rd appeal gets rejected?

Hi @zendbx,
There are absolutely real investigations taking place.
If someone receives a ban on their account, the first step to have that addressed will be the ToS appeal linked above just to rule out the possibility that it's related to a separate incident or activity on the account.
Not every account action is due to this situation.
If you've already appealed that particular piece of advice wouldn't be relevant in your specific situation, but it's absolutely beneficial to make sure you've filled out that initial appeal if you believe any account action was unwarranted.
Once we have any further updates to share around the investigation itself we'll be sure to provide them here, thanks for the patience. - @EA_Mako So what your saying is that since my 3 disputes got declined, that I am now permanently banned for something I didn’t do? 😂

Hi @yyyyatox,
Currently additional appeals wouldn't provide a different answer if you've already had multiple appeals declined.
Whether that changes after the investigation concludes I can't say for sure without knowing all the details, so hopefully we'll have more information to share before long.
Once we do hear anything we'll keep the thread up to date to let people know what (if any) further actions may be needed. Thank you for your update and being the only clear communication we have had from EA or Respawn regarding this issue.
I do really wish someone at EA or Respawn would tweet from an official account warning players of this issue and it is being investigated. I know the AMD RX 7x00 user base is relatively small but it is still a significant and growing number. The reddit post made by affected users warning of this issue on had over 80 comments but, since it is not pinned, users will miss it as it drops off the front page. Users making posts will only ever relay this information to a subset of the Apex community. An official post will travel much further and at least give the chance for non-banned AMD 7x000 users to disable the feature and not get jumbled in this mess.
@affected users new and old
For those who are affected(coming in to the forum new or already in the comments) file 1 dispute per the community managers instructions. If(more likely when) it gets declined, please be patient and wait for an official determination on their investigation to be made. IF, and likely when, they determine the Anti-lag+ was the issue... THEN re-file a dispute. Spamming disputes right now doesn't do anything but make you more frustrated. Seems to me the ToS staff has rigid internal procedures and until they are updated, it is best to wait.
For those that spammed disputes and it is now closed to them, I imagine after their investigations are concluded, an ability to re-open a dispute will be made available. At least it should be. Only thing we can do now is wait, allow more affected users to come forward and add their information to the pile.

I was just about to make this exact post here. I can confirm that disputing more than 3 times will result in the TOS team not being able to revoke the ban. I finished my conversation with a live support agent around 30min ago. I do not know however, if you start a dispute as of this quoted post, that it will mean you get your account back or not. I also recommend to just file 1 single dispute and let it sit/expire/decline/etc. It's most likely a way for them to do investigation on each dispute and garner an internal number of actual affected users.
For people like me who have disputed more than 3 times and 100% believe you aren't a cheater.
All you can do is wait until later in the coming days to possibly 1 week or more for more information in regards to what can happen.
- @EA_Mako Both you and Javaid M. In the live chat deserve a well deserved pay rise for being the only two for me personally to shed light on this situation and giving us the best advice so far
Hey Mako,
I am currently in the same boat, was banned recently and I just upgraded to a 7900 xtx and had the anti lag enabled from AMD. It all lines up at the moment now given when I upgraded.I was told the decision was final though...
just posting for more awareness- Hi @EA_Mako,
Thank you for your continued advocacy on the behalf of all players wrongfully banned as seems more and more to truly be the case.
I'm sure you are no stranger to dealing with trolls and unsatisfied users on a daily basis, but I believe the silent majority of us who understand your position as a front man who is trying their best with the resources at hand is vastly larger and each of us appreciates you. i got my third declined today and now im perma banned aswell ? its not possible anymore to go for an livechat the last one told me this is not possible anymore.
This is ridiculous they banned anything but not Cheaters. i just build my first AMD pc a month ago and now i get punished for this
Same anti-lag+ ban here, I also only received a lovely letter from the support team, that they possess the infinate wisdom on the matter and they decline my appeal. I've just submitted my second case in which I tried to ask for some sort of a status update from them... I have a feeling their answer will be the usual generic "DECLINE". But who knows, maybe they'll prove me wrong this time.
Also got banned last wednesday while using AMD's Antilag feature on their 23.9.3 drivers. Both appeals got declined and received the same response as everyone else.
Just hoping for the best and a fast solution that makes everyone happy..- @RealeazZ
Anti-Lag has apparently been available for these major titles for a while with no issue.
Do you mean Anti-Lag+ by chance? What GPU do you have?
I would just like to avoid muddying the waters and giving doubters an opening to claim you are full of it. - @waylandsmithayy Yes, I had Antilag and Antilag+ enabled and I'm using a XFX Radeon RX 7900 XTX Speedster Merc 310.
@EA_MakoThe chat functionality of the support site doesn't seem to work. I can't email you guys, or start a chat, and I have already had an appeal to lift the ban rejected. I confirmed AntiLag+ was enabled, and have since disabled it. Having something as trivial as an official driver setting cause an irreversable ban seems insane. What else am I supposed to do to get my account back?
Also got anti-lag+ ban on October 12th,and my appeal was also refuted twice.
I have no idea what to do now....🤨
I was also permanently banned and had two appeals denied. Now we wait.Hey Mako,
I reached out to a Respawn Dev, RSPN_Thieamy, over on reddit and they said the issue was investigated and false bans connected to this issue have been reversed. Any bans that remain active will be for a separate cause.
I went and checked my ban history and it still shows that I am still banned. Does this mean I need to file a new dispute now that the issue was looked into? I filed two disputes initially before the problem was identified and I do not want to file my third until I am sure the error has been resolved and the ToS team is fully aware.
Any update or guidance you could provide would be most welcome.
@affected users
Has anyone experiencing this issue had their ban reversed yet?
That can be checked here:
- @DeathFox21 I can tell you they haven’t reversed it yet, don’t dispute
- @DeathFox21 still banned on my end as well.
- @DeathFox21 Also that’s in the Linux false ban thread
- @DeathFox21 sitting in the same boat as you. Ban is still listed and used two of my appeals already. Hopefully we have a chance of getting our ban reverted as well.
