Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Also, you can try clearing the personal saved data for Apex Legends. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

  • Press the Guide button and then highlight the Apex Legends tile.
  • Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
  • Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

  • It fixed the problem of me not being able to play but now every time I join a match no matter if it is pubs, ranked or a LTM I get kicked out/crashed when I first queue, when I load into the match or during the game. I hope there is a fix to this problem. Thank you.

  • Also all of my other games and apps work fine it just seems to be apex

  • I have had an error for over a week now stating, "This profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information."

    I've gone through all the steps I can think of to fix this issue. Sometimes it will work for a few matches and then throw the error once again.

    Things I have tried: 

    1. Redownloading the game

    2. Restarting my switch

    3. Checked for corrupt data (Nothing)

    4. Cleared the cache of Apex

    5. Checked if I had a ban in place  (Nothing)

    I honestly don't know what to do by this point, I am beyond frustrated. I play on switch so anything to try is welcomed. 

  • I have tried this and it did not work. I deleted from the console and from the cloud and both did not work. I was brought into another conversation that has more people experiencing what I am. So I would like to thank you for your help with me at least being able to get into the game.

  • Hello i tried doing that but it still wont work, i can get in a lobby with my friends but if we que i get kicked i even tried making new accounts the message still pops up

    Nope, still having the same issues. Been at least a month now with no patch or fix

  • I have the same problem, I have gone far and beyond; I have uninstalled the game and installed again and no luck. Placed the Xbox with Ethernet cable to avoid connectivity issues. I don't know what else to do.

  • Hey it was fixed for a little bit but it is back. I have not been able to play a game this season. I am able to join and get into the lobby, but my levels and username do not show up. I am then said to do the orientation match even though I am a very high level. After I get kicked out with the message this profile is not permitted to play online. If I spam retry it shows that no servers were found and it keeps checking for servers again and again to find no servers. It says check your internet connection and try again when I am getting 500mb/s download. I have cleared my alternative MAC address, uninstalled and then reinstalled the game, and I have started using an Ethernet cable. I don’t know what to do. I play on the Xbox series X console and I have no bans and I have never been banned

  • I JUST MADEEE my account so how tf is it banned? Haven’t even played the game yet. Yo this it tiring bro

  • I recently had this issue with Titan Fall 2. I’ve tried everything, everyone has suggested and nothing works. I have not been banned and when I chat with EA via email, I’ve gotten 14 emails and each one asks for something different; ie, username, password, xbox user, titanfall user, ea user, etc, etc. And each time, it’s a different person that has no clue what’s going on. And yet, here I am with nothing be resolved or fixed. I have played TF 2 since the day it came out and never had this issue. I would love to know why and know a fix.

    In that case, please contact an advisor so they can review your account. You can open a case by following the instructions here.

  • Thank you, but I’ve already done that weeks ago and getting nowhere. It’s a different advisor each time they reply and all they ask for are my Usernames, log-ins and nothing else. They haven’t once given me any actionable resolutions. I literally have 14 emails (all different advisors) asking for users, log-ins and asking for verification codes.

    It’s honestly ridiculous.

  • Still…. Waiting…. for someone from EA to respond…. It’s been five weeks now, 32 messages/emails later and not a single person has offered a solution. Nothing works, which means it’s something deeper that needs to be addressed. Your customer service reps are garbage and never respond or someone new keeps asking for a hundred verifications. It’s ridiculous.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • Thank you for sticking with this. I know it’s a pain. But it’s got to be something simple… I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work. I’ve also tried deleting my gamer info on the xbox, for TitanFall 2. I haven’t been banned or blocked. The only thing I haven’t tried is deleting game and reinstalling, but obviously I don’t want to try and that and don’t feel that is a fix for this issue.

    I honestly don’t get it...
