@Ryanlacey10 I am sorry to hear about your lost progress in the game.

If you unlink your Xbox profile from your account, that will reset your account progress. There is a warning you need to accept before completing these steps, and we have it explained here on our website.

There is a chance that the progress will be restored after linking it back to the original account, but sadly, it is not guaranteed.
