Re: Restore Apex account from Origin

It looks like your Steam account was just recently linked to this EA account, and Apex was only launched for the first time very recently.

If you played in the past, that would have been under a different EA account. Origin and EA accounts would be the same thing, so if you had played on Origin in the past, you should be able to log in with that same information to access the EA account with that progress.

If you don't recall or no longer have access to the email address registered to the older account, please reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
