iam keep playing like this, waiting for a patch.
Some time ago was a code weel...some time ago was easy anticheat bug but they fixit
now we have problems but they will do the fix soon.

i have the same problem, for some minutes CPU goes high. And everytime i open game i need to download and compile shaders...

so sad, before genesis was all perfect
@EL-Lucky_Loco its not about PC parameters, i have all time stable FPS even in dropship but my CPU is going crazy, before update was fine
if they fix that i would be so happy ( dreaming )
Can we soon get a fix for the 100% CPU usage?
It has been like this for months and is unbearable to play the game. Whenever i load onto a new map the game frezes for 1-2 minutes and causes EXTREME lag and stutters. If i play the same map for 15-20 minutes the lag slowly disappears.
I have tried every single fix and guide i could find for the past month, spend hours investigating and trying to solve it, nothing has fixed it. EA my body is tired, i can't keep up with this, it is tearing on my well being..
I spend hundres of dollars on this game on skins and editions and spend most of my time studying and when i finally have time to game i don't want to spend many minutes "warming up" the game. FIX YOUR GAME EA IT HAS BEEN MONTHS!!!
I've given up hope they'll fix it at this point. No idea how they caused the problem in the first place, but I'm doubtful they're really bothered about it now. Especially since I've seen no official addressing or acknowledgement of the problem.
Apex was great for me to just hop in and out of when I needed a bit of fun. Since the Genesis patch, I've had almost nothing to play to fill that same role.
Wishing I had 2042 now instead of October ☹️
