I see you've mentioned trying multiple servers, but what is the location you normally use? Do you use a VPN or proxy at all?
GIven the other steps you've already tried, I would definitely suggest going through this post to see if the additional troubleshooting makes any difference for you.
In particular I would try the steps to flush and/or change your DNS to see if that helps out.

To clarify, I dont use a VPN, when I mentioned servers I was referring to switching game servers once loaded as seen here in the screen shot, highlighted around the TAB option. Current DNS settings are already set to Googles 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4. I tried changing it to a Different DNS and automatic, still stuck in the que with only 2 other people and never getting in.
I also Cannot see Control mode (as apparently it is back) and the store does not load properly either, no items, skins or anything. Really perplexed here on what is happening, have never had connection issues with Apex up until yesterday. Should I do a full uninstall and reinstall? seems extreme and weird, or is there a version check/ install repair tool I can run? I am using the EA game launcher and it launches and runs Battlefield 2042 just fine. Please advise, thanks!

Which location do you normally connect to on the initial login screen?
As you're mentioning not even seeing Control again (it is back for the current event) or loading the store, this is sounding like you may be stuck on an older version of the client perhaps.
I'd try clearing your cache with these steps to see if that picks up any additional updates that may have been missed earlier.
That has steps for both Origin and the EA app, though if those don't do the trick the next thing to try would be that full reinstallation. In Origin you're able to right-click the game tile to run the repair tool, though this isn't available in the EA app currently and you're left with the full uninstall/reinstall at the moment.
Apex matchmaking is completely messed up as of right now. I hit masters in ranked leagues last night and ever since then, I haven’t been able to connect to a match. I am able to join matches and everything works fine until the countdown timer hits 0 while waiting for players, and the transition to picking your legend is where my game bugs out. It constantly replays the apex legends banner dropping then boots me out of the game for (code:net) then says (code:ended) when I guess it tries to rejoin the game.
Only weird thing is every other game mode worked just fine for me, the only thing that wasn’t working was ranked leagues for master + ranks.
I would assume this is just apex servers being wonky as of right now if you can connect to other games just fine. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, along with all the troubleshooting ideas from other people like deleting my cache or clearing my MAC address / resetting wifi.
Only strange thing is you say you aren’t able to connect to ANY matches, which I can connect to everything BUT ranked leagues. You might be having some connectivity issue especially if you can’t even see the store. I just checked to see if games still work and I am currently in a duos match.

Looks like my client got stuck in a weird loop and did not fully update. Going through with this link (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/) and clearing the cache in the EA launcher did the trick. It re-opened and downloaded the update, and I got in, can see the store and Control, and played a match. Thank you so much Mako! Have a great rest of your day.

Same thing is happening with me
Why can I not get games I am solo in my lobby then if I search there stands my party is not ready and it won't go away so my matchmaking don't start?
I have opened and closed my game several times I even uninstalled it then installed it again it still don't work.
I never had this issue but since the cross progression message displayed on my Xbox I can not matchmake because they say my party is not ready
And I don't have a ban history
Can you please help if you can
