I have a somewhat weak processor(i5 5200u). But I started the game in season 7 and I was playing the game with pleasure until the last season 9 patch with low-medium settings at 45-60 fps. I can hardly see even 15fps right now. Now I can't play because this problem has not been fixed for months. I check it from time to time, but now I've given up hope. People say my CPU is not good enough for gaming but then what did I play for 3 seasons? It's definitely a problem with the game itself.
they should just rollback to the patch 9.0, before Genesis, then they should try to reupload the patch of this season... maybe, i huge MAYBE some file. from Genesis got 100% deleted and some issues goes away... or ... this should affect everyone in the whole game, so this way the whole Devs team would be looking to this
