Re: This profile is not permitted to play online

Good evening. I'm having issues with Apex. There are 2 of them in total. First, I can't connect to the game all the time, it keeps telling me "This profile is not permitted to play online", or in the lobby it says that the game is not played even though I played it, and the like.
And the second problem is that during the game Adaptive Resolution FPS is turned on for me, and this is every respawn in a new mode. Has anyone experienced this?
