A few things to note based on what you have shared, 

First, the process of merging your platform accounts (that are tied to the single EA Account) for Cross Progress is automatic and will not be revertable. What happens is your highest-level account becomes the main account (in terms of items and progress) going forward for all platforms connected to the EA account.

• Minus any platform-specific items and progress (See our post for more information, CROSS PROGRESSION IN APEX LEGENDS™)

Second, We do not recommend having more than 1 platform account of any kind (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc) linked to an EA account, In addition, we do not support multiple people using the same EA account as this is against our Terms of Service. Lastly, To have separate progress, and to play together on different accounts one of the PSN accounts will need to be unlinked from the current EA account and linked to a new one. Please Note: this will mean losing all items and progress for that account, as progress/items are stored at the EA account level.
