@ErPiuma8884 Can you check your connection from the PS4 settings and confirm it still shows connecting and what your NAT type might be?

Connection active (lan) and NAT type 2. I try also switch to google dns and is still impossible to reach the EA server. Thank you anyway for answering me on sunday.

@ErPiuma8884 EA and Sony servers are showing up and running, Can you try the following steps to see if we can improve your NAT type and to get you connected:

can you try going through our Basic and Advanced connection steps if your issue continues?

Try settings up a static IP In your network settings for the PS4

Check for System updates in Safe Mode

Thank you. The issue is probably due by the ping (quicker is 189) when i reset the connection of ps4 i can enter in the menu and play with no other problem. Great job anyway, GG. Have a nice day
