Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

@EA_Darko So we have to wait for them to not find anything, Personally I was banned for hacking. I have only been playing since the 13th. Bought the champions pack and some apex coins. 3 days later I am banned. Have not even played 19 matches and have junk K/D ratio. Now I did have a trojan on my system. Have had to recover my Steam Account finished that this morning and still going in circles with epic to recover that account. Half the time I was in the Shooting Range to try and improve my aim and work on my setting so that I could better control recoil and drift. But my money paid, gets lost, my battle pass time gets lost. because of a virus.

On the last day I played I noticed weirdness when I was practicing in the shooting range. Didn't think about it. But when I pointed at the dummies my reticle would jump away from them. I thought it was my high dpi. changed settings a bit it still did it. Had to work so I logged out. Went to bed and worked 3 days 16hr a day. when I log back in try to join a match and banned. same day I noticed I lost access to Steam and Epic. Got everything resecured..

No I am not asking for someone in this thread to help with it. Just saying y'all need to work on detection. Cause this is rediculous waiting months because yall's system messed up. Look into my account and see my k/d if i was hacking/cheating it would be way high instead of the junk ratio i have.

    Hey @BlackCiefer, if you have a case open with the team then you will need to wait for them to complete their investigation and respond.

    @EA_DarkoIs there a way for me to contact the TOS team or get new information to the person/persons investigating my case? Or is my only option to attach files to the case? My nephew 13, was using my laptop and He finally told me earlier that he downloaded something that was supposed to get rid of recoil and something he called an ESP? Sounds like what we used to call a wall-hack back in Battlefield 2?? he said he only used them in the shooting range to test them out but that's what caused my account to be flagged. Probably also what end up causing my Steam and Epic games to end up being hacked by some dude in Russia.

    To everyone else thinking its just a false ban, Check with family members who have access to your computer. I'm out the cost of the Champion Bundle and 6000 Apex Coins but at least I know now never let my nephew use my computer when I am at work.

    Got my Steam and Epic accounts back after a week going through a tough process of proving they are mine. Hopefully the TOS team will be kind and restore my online access for apex. But all I can do is wait, I cant even be mad anymore.

    1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Well let's see. Considering the mayority on the forums, it's not looking good.
    For me I deleted the game when i was clearing space on the laptop, and when I installed it back today I was suddenly banned. 

    Keep in mind I live with with my girlfriend, with no one accessing my games. Play mainly LoL, WoW, Valorant but have 50+ games on stream. Not a single other game has flagged for a cheat, compromise or such. 

    I also have not received any message in that case, that someone logged in the the account in another part of the world.

    It all feels insanly shady tbh.

    @EA_Darko Hello of EA Terms of Service

    The main content of my reply this time is to prove that I did not use cheating. After EA Terms of Use was blocked on December 27, 2020, I responded to appeals many times to February 8, 2021. After I received the EA Terms of Service email asking me to change my password, I After logging in again on February 9, 2021, I received the Terms of Use again, stating that I used cheating and the ban appeared after 1 hour of playing after logging in. Obviously EA Terms of Service did not remove the ban on my hardware, which has caused the ban to appear again.
    I don’t understand the reason, but it does prove that I didn’t use cheating. As a cheater, would I spend so much money and time in APEX? Would I waste so much time on appealing to EA Terms of Service?
    I really hope that EA Terms of Service will give me evidence to point me to cheating? Why did I revoke the ban on my account for some reason? I know the hardware blockade is very serious, but I really haven’t used any cheating and I got Easy Anti-Cheat block hardware
    You must know the reason for being banned, but there is no behavior you pointed out in your email reply. Simply put, I am not a cheat at all. I wrote a public petition to support it at 11pm Hong Kong time on Change.org. All of me are Discord and friends I know in reality. I really hope that EA Terms of Service will revoke my ban again. I am innocent.
