Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I have already emailed the TOS team and asked them that I haven't banned and they emailed back saying that you have cheated and your ban is permanent....but then I sent email explaining them that I haven't cheated or used any kind of 3rd part software....but I didn't get any reply yet...its been 2 days now.
