Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

hello, i also got banned because someone using my account and playing on chinese server, i have screenshoot from my clubmate that i played kings canyon from chinese server, i still have access to my account tho, i sent ticket from support, will ea my unbanned my account ? ill be really sad if they cant unbanned my account, some battle pass progression from season 1, 2 and full battle pass progression from season 5,6,7,8,9 , lifeline heirloom, and limited skin will be lost ☹️  

update : only 1 day from submitting ticket, i got reply from ea saying there is an unusual activity on my account, reset the password, turned on 2FA, my account is back, i really gratefull for support team, thanks ea, i think as long as u provide reasonable evidence they will unbanned you account, i hope that everybody in this thread also be fixed. goodluck guys
